H&B Hospitality Management’s primary goal for food and beverage operations is to provide a quality experience for our guests while maximizing revenue opportunities.  We also strive to meet and exceed brand expectations for complimentary services.

H&B’s focus is to train associates and develop systems that provide guests with a quality and consistent experience. In addition to contracted services, we perform continuous evaluations of all food vendor products regarding the food quality and pricing. Additional areas of focus:

• Retail and banquet menu development

• Develop training, “best practices” and detailed shop call programs

• Provides on-going competitive/market pricing analysis in banquet/catering and F&B retail outlets
